What areas do you service?

We service in and around the Sydney metropolitan area and we're also now in the Southern Highlands (NSW). We may charge travelling time, depending on the location.

Do we need much space?

We do not need a large space for our equipment. Basically a clear bench, water and electricity. If working in an open kitchen we are not intrusive.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

It all depends on the time of year, of course as we get closer to Christmas the sooner you book in the better.

What are the payment terms?

A deposit on booking is required with the balance payable 5 days before the function. EFT is preferred. Credit Cards will attract a small charge.

Can you organise waiting staff?

Yes. All of our staff are professional, discrete, friendly and courteous. Depending on the cuisine being catered, the waiters wear an appropriate attire.
