The food was magnificent - and yes, I concede, TWO oysters per person are sufficient! If I quibble next year tell me to mind my own business and listen to the experts!

The staff were, as usual, superb and it was a great evening although it seems more crowded than last year. Whatever!

Please convey my warm thanks to the three trojans that contributed to the success of the evening and I am enjoying the left over desserts which were fantastic.

From the first moment we chatted on the phone a few months ago, I had a good feeling about you.

That feeling was vindicated by the fact that you always returned phone calls and emails promptly and pleasantly, with attention to detail. Last night, catering for our New Year's Eve party with 45 guests, your team of Miles, Stewart and Andrew was nothing short of fantastic. Miles and Stewart took over the kitchen (and the intercom, letting in guests), while Andrew had the drinks, glasses and ice sorted in a matter of minutes.

Throughout the evening they worked tirelessly, and with charm and good humour. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and kept coming in a steady stream. Andrew seemed to be able to remember what drinks almost everyone was having too!

Our guest were all also impressed. They are the most professional - and delightful - team we have ever come across. We wish you all a happy and healthy new year and look forward to using your services again.

Thank you for all your help with arranging the party for my husband's surprise birthday. Your advice on the menu was invaluable. The food was delicious and I was really happy with all the choices. My favourite was the spinach dumpling.

FAQ's

What areas do you service?

We service in and around the Sydney metropolitan area and we're also now in the Southern Highlands (NSW). We may charge travelling time, depending on the location.

Do we need much space?

We do not need a large space for our equipment. Basically a clear bench, water and electricity. If working in an open kitchen we are not intrusive.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

It all depends on the time of year, of course as we get closer to Christmas the sooner you book in the better.

What are the payment terms?

A deposit on booking is required with the balance payable 5 days before the function. EFT is preferred. Credit Cards will attract a small charge.

Can you organise waiting staff?

Yes. All of our staff are professional, discrete, friendly and courteous. Depending on the cuisine being catered, the waiters wear an appropriate attire.
