Our dim sum is prepared fresh and cooked just prior to food service. We require minimal set-up and pack-down time – our service is discrete, professional and personal. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure that your event goes smoothly.

We don’t need a large space in which to cook and serve and we leave the area spotless.

We specialise in parties for any occasion whether it be a birthday, baptism celebration, house-warming, holiday get-togethers, anniversaries – whatever event you wish to celebrate.

Our Set Menus are for your consideration or you may wish to either modify the Set Menu or select your own from the comprehensive Menu Builder.
Whatever your choice, we will help you design a menu to best suit you and your guests.

Weddings

We love to cater for that very special day – your wedding.

Whether you choose a sit-down or cocktail style event we can organise the very best for you.

We will have a meeting with you to discuss how you wish things to run, your menu, staffing, venue and whether you wish us to assist with the planning of the reception.
Our Events Manager will then work with you to ensure that your special day runs smoothly, from organising tables, chairs etc., decorations – anything that is required.
In order to simplify your decision, we have designed a number of different menus. Do have a look at them and remember, they can be "fine-tuned" to better suit your requirements? The pricing we are presenting here represents the food cost only due to the individual nature of your wedding and the venue. Staffing costs have to be considered and discussed with you.
