Yum Cha at Your Place was launched in 2000 and in that time I have refined and polished our service, constantly aware of ways to enhance what we do and in doing so have created a unique form of catering.

I was the first to introduce dim sum as a catering concept and to this day, even though there are imitators, my commitment to quality and service has not been bettered.

The making of our delicious dumplings, some unique to us, is overseen and monitored by me to ensure that our high standards are maintained. All the food is fresh and cooked just prior to service.

I have been featured on Channel 9 TV and recently on Radio 702 answering questions from the audience, sharing my knowledge and love of yum cha.
