You did my daughter's wedding on the 12 April 2008 and you and your staff are THE BEST!!
Even with the best planning, something that can go wrong, will go wrong. Fortunately the misunderstanding with the key to the venue delayed everyone getting into the hall to set up for the event by TWO HOURS!! Even with the panic and the delay, your staff worked like Trojans to get the meal out on time. It was the most extraordinary job on their part. I can't thank them enough. They also very graciously helped with the "extras" (for which they were not forewarned), efficiently and creatively.
The staff were of such high caliber and such good humour even under such pressures. I truly appreciated their understanding and their professionalism. Your supervisor Sabine was a superwoman!! The food was wonderful and of such high quality, and the praise is worth more because I am CHINESE and I know what is good.
I would certainly recommend you to any potential clients and I wish you (and your staff) the very best for the future with yur great business.

Grahame and I wish to thank you and your team on the night for a wonderful service. The food attracted rave comments and was delicious - very fresh and beautifully presented. Both chefs were brilliant and the waiters, both drink and food, did a fabulous job in a what was a tightly packed space. I know of quite a few who took your cards and I would have no hesitation in recommending "Yum Cha at Your Place".

I just wanted to say a big thank you for catering at my Dad's 60th yesterday. The food was fantastic. Jacquie was on time, she happily met people passing through the kitchen at our party all the time cooking and sending out beautiful food to our guests. Everyone raved about the food and it was plentiful. Afterwards my kitchen was spotless and I would never have know Jacquie had cooked up such a storm in there earlier.
Thank you for your prompt service, professiolnal manner and easiness of the castering for our party. I will definitely be using you in the future.

The food and girls today were fantastic thank you. My kitchen I'm sure was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. All the guests were impressed too which is an added bonus.
