Hi, I’m Vicki. I started Yum Cha at Your Place in 2000. Yum Cha at Your Place is the perfect alternative for your catering event – flavoursome, wonderful food and personal service. We have many years experience catering for small and large groups of people.
We require minimal set-up and pack-down time. Our service is discrete, professional and personal. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure that your event goes smoothly.

Yum Cha at Your Place pioneered dim sum as a catering concept in Australia. Since then we have been on a constant path to refine and polish our service, pushing the envelope to enhance what we do and in doing so, creating a unique form of catering.
As the founder and owner, I oversee and monitor the making of our delicious dumplings, some of which are unique to us. I ensure that our high standards are maintained. All the food is fresh and cooked just prior to service.
We have been featured on Channel 9 TV and on Radio 702 answering questions from the audience, sharing knowledge and our love of yum cha. We have the widest range of dim sum for you to choose from — we can design a menu especially for you and we will help you to select items for a balanced, unique taste sensation. Our menu is constantly evolving as we introduce the latest trends in dim sum while staying true to the age old cuisine.

Friendly, efficient, and the food was treat.
We have been away since the 14th, but thought I should drop you a quick note to say that the catering at Robertson went down a treat. The cook and the waiter were very friendly and efficient and all went off without a hitch. There were no leftovers!

Our guests were all very impressed with the food and there was plenty of it. The extra attention paid to my mother and her dietary requirements was superb. Incredible food.

My daughter, and the whole family had an fabulous night at her 21st, and the delicious food, totally contributed to the success!
